I am very outraged and frustrated, because Klarna Bank no longer handles the checkout process at Ebay via Sofortüberweisung, with the stupid excuse of a technical error, sends the money back to my account and that’s that — such an outrage, even though it used to work perfectly fine before. I don’t know whether this has only affected me or several EBay customers? In my experience, this is nonsense like a credit check; one has to ask whether EBay is happy about losing customers? maybe EBay doesn’t know what kind of sabotage Klarna is setting up for EBay with this. I was a loyal EBay customer for years and back then everything worked without problems, now Klarna’s machinations and their sabotage seem to be causing problems. I am also filing a complaint against Klarna and would like another payment method via Sofortüberweisung without Klarna Bank.
