Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me - I’m not exactly sure where I should send my problem..the AI chat unfortunately isn’t any help.
Here’s the issue:
it concerns my sale with item no. 267788107983.
After the buyer paid, I wanted to create a shipping label for DHL, and three times I got the message, "Shipping label cannot be generated, please try again later."
In the end it worked the fourth time and I was able to create the shipping label.
I then had to realize that despite this, my balance was charged 4x instead of 1x 6.19 euros, even though the error was clearly in the system.
Who can I contact to take care of this matter? Maybe someone here can help too..thank you in advance!

·3 weeks agoAccording to an ebay employee, the costs for the non-printable labels are automatically refunded, but it can take a while. If nothing comes through, please report back here again in a few days.
