I have a question .I won an item at auction and didn’t see that it said pickup only . The seller refused to ship the item . But Ebay hasn’t refunded my money . What should I do . You can’t get ahold of Ebay .

I would try whether you can report an item you didn’t receive.
Why can’t you reach eBay? eBay has an imprint where you can find contact options.
