Shipment tracking is flawed in several respects and payments are therefore being withheld indefinitely?

We sell air conditioners and heat pumps and quite a few other things for around the house.
If we enter the shipping number from Poczta Polska for pallet goods&oq and select Poczta Polska as the shipping carrier, then tracking automatically switches to DHL! This means none of these shipments can be tracked, since DHL of course can’t know the shipping number.
Furthermore, if we enter the shipping number from DHL Active Freight and select DHL Active Freight as the shipping carrier, the shipment still can’t be tracked properly here either, because the EBAY system sets the tracking to DHL, but not to DHL Active Freight (which has its own tracking separate from regular DHL).
All of this means that our payments, now in the five-figure range, are not being paid out despite the goods having been delivered long ago. I’ve written to customer service countless times, but mostly got no reply, or only irrelevant answers that had nothing to do with the problem. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?

·2 weeks agoAm I understanding this correctly? You're registered in Germany and shipping with a Polish company? How is tracking supposed to work there?
As far as I can see, the item's location is also in Germany, and that just seems like problems are guaranteed.
Maybe an ebay employee has an idea of what to do; she'll chime in here.

Pallet goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Poland.

OP2 weeks agoBut it is Trackbar, but eBay's system is doing the tracking wrong.
If eBay would take DHL Active Freight (which is also offered by the system itself when creating the listing) for tracking, everything would be fine.

And there is also a tracking page for Poczta Polska, if of course the system is too dumb to use that one and redirects to DHL instead....well.

OP2 weeks agoOh, and you also can’t enter dispatch numbers with special characters, even though some dispatch numbers automatically contain a hyphen. And a number without a hyphen can’t be tracked either. That’s why I’m saying eBay’s shipment tracking system is extremely faulty.

·2 weeks agoThe German tracking system just doesn't recognize special characters, and with the shipping information you can't specify foreign carriers either. I think that's not an eBay problem, but rather due to the way it was described earlier when it's shipped from Poland.

Also, eBay's tracking system lists the shipping carriers when you enter them. E.g. POCZTA POLSKA.
Also, I have the problem that for several weeks now my payments have not been paid out because the system does not track them. Even though the goods were delivered long ago. By now 17,000 euros. This is slowly weakening our company significantly!
