Hello, This concerns the following sale: Item no.: 157800433297I have the problem with a sale that Deutsche Post apparently does not update.So on Ebay it still says Shipped, although the item already arrived with the buyer on 09/04. I have received written confirmation from the buyer and a review of the item. Since it is "only" a letter with basic tracking, for which I got the label directly via Ebay, so everything was entered automatically, I now don't know how to proceed...&nbsp...

For letters, there is only basic tracking and often no proof of delivery.And a written confirmation and a review do not count as proof on eBay.And without proof of delivery, it can take up to 30 days for payout.And you really sent an item worth over €50 as a letter? You were lucky it arrived and the buyer didn’t complain. Because otherwise the money and the goods would be gone.
