Technical dead end with payment due to Ebay fee for account "yt-notebooks"
Summary: luigi-becher describes a problem with a blocked account, since they can’t use the payment link because of an outdated mobile number. Despite phone support, they can’t change the number to lift the block. nina@ebay refers them to contact by email or phone, since the problem can’t be solved in the community. luigi-becher is already having trouble with the phone callback and asks for a direct email address, after which oskar_der_wikinger points them to the legal notice as the source for the email address.

I would please need your help to get out of a technical dead end:
I received the payment link for my account yt-notebooks, but I can’t use it because it requires a login. Logging in is impossible because of my outdated mobile number.
The problem:
The phone support told me that I can only change the mobile number once the account is no longer blocked. At the same time, I can only lift the block by making the payment, for which I would need to log in, however. So I can’t change the number because I’m blocked, and I can’t pay because I can’t change the number.
Otherwise, I’d be happy to simply pay the amount by regular bank transfer so that my account is clean again.

OP1 month agoMany thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, I have already tried several times to use the phone support, where the callback service, however, goes technically silent, although I can hear noises in the background.
Could you give me a direct email address to which I can send my request (offsetting the claim despite the block).
