I sold the item and shipped it with DHL.

According to DHL tracking, the shipment has already been successfully delivered to the buyer.

However, on eBay the status is still showing “shipment still on the way” / “not delivered”.

As a result, my money is still being withheld.

Could you please manually update the shipping status and release the payout?

Just for your info: with eBay, updating the shipment status is currently taking longer more often, unfortunately.
