I sold a phone for €300, ten minutes later the buyer cancels the purchase and eBay demands that I reimburse the listing fee even though all the money was being held by eBay, the listing fee was 36.44 which is a high amount, this was debited from my bank account because I didn't know what to do, I hope that the eBay support team does something.
