My eBay seller account was restricted after I added a verified Payoneer EUR payout account. In my seller account, there is currently no way to complete identity or payment details verification or upload documents. Instead, it only shows that my account is restricted and payouts are suspended. The customer chat only leads me through automated menus and offers no solution or transfer to a staff member. Without verification enabled, I cannot lift the restriction on my account myself. I therefore kindly ask for support with manually reviewing my account or activating the required verification, or for clear instructions on the next steps. I can provide all required documents immediately. Thank you.
