Hello,I’m frustrated by how long Ebay holds onto my sales proceeds before they’re paid out. Despite confirmation from the shipping providers that the goods have been received, there is no payout. Especially for goods sent via DP, it usually takes two weeks before the payout is approved. Then an arbitrary additional 3-day waiting period is added to all payouts, and only then does ebay transfer the amount, and only by standard bank transfer, meaning there are additional bank days on top of that. So in the usual case I always have to wait at least two weeks or more before I can access the proceeds. I’ve had it confirmed to me that it’s not due to my service quality.When I contact support, I first have to slog through awful conversations in which the support agent doesn’t even know that Ebay acts this way, and once again I know more than the employee. A ticket is opened, but the presumably external employee does not want to give out a number, so much for service quality and transparency. On top of that, the system of course doesn’t always work and amounts keep getting stuck for no apparent reason from time to time.
