Question

I received the item and Ebay is not releasing the payment to the seller.The reason for this is probably DHL tracking, where the shipment was marked as not delivered.However, I also don't have a button where I can mark that I received the item

@schroeder.sp_24 The seller can sort that out with eBay, so you don't need to worry about it. Apart from that, successful delivery does not automatically mean that his money will be released.There may be other reasons why eBay is holding back the money. You have no influence over that. For the reasons mentioned, there is also no button where you can mark an item as received.
