EUR 86,84 after I installed the program on my computer I realized it was a virus and it messed up my computer

I asked to return it but was blocked by the eBay administrator. My messages have changed. I was asked to go back to the returns page to complete the form (I had done it before). When I checked the box with the reason for the return, the phone screen went black, then it came back on and said that I had given up on returning the product. Is this eBay serious? As a buyer, what protection do I have? to buy a Chinese crap. worthless at an expensive price I think it's a joke
