Hallo.

Ich habe einen Artikel ohne paypal als Zahlungsbedingungen versteigert. Jetzt droht mir der Kunde wenn ich es nicht mit paypal mache nimmt er den Artikel nicht. Ich habe angeboten den Artikel zurück zu nehmen. Er solle nur den Aktionsbutton dafür benutzen.

jetzt habe ich die befürchtung, dass er entweder garnichts macht oder er mir eine schlechte bewertung gibt. Ich habe 100% und die will ich auch behalten.

Also was tun?

Ich habe solche Fälle auch öfters. Und soeben gerade einen erledigt. Ich erkläre nett und freundlich, warum und weshalb ich kein Paypal akzeptiere und biete als Alternative Transaktionsabbruch an. Ich hatte noch nie einen Fall, in dem der K dann den Abbruch abgelehnt hat.

Danach bewerte ich den K. Und erhalte eine postive Bewertung retour.

there are several reasons for my why I not accecpt Paypal.

First I have to offer general(!) secured shipping conditions, which accecpted by PayPal in custom protect cases (FedEx, UPS). All other interested bidders have to pay them, too. They are really expensive, you wouldn`t pay. My buyers prefer cheap, reliable shipping conditions...Second I give ALL my rights to Paypal, when a buyer reclamate an article. Paypal as only a payment provider decides over our/my article. And I have to pay for that "service", not you. (Only) last the transaction fees.

I hope you respect my conditions, which I clear explain in the auction before your bid.

IBAN/BIC should not be a problem in EU. If you don`t like, we can cancel the auction. No problem.
Please give me feedback.in thar´t case. otherwise you will find my IBAN after ebay-button "pay now"
