Import fee for watch from USA?

Hello,

Sorry for using English, my German is not good enough for this.

I want to buy a Seiko 5 watch from USA because the price for that in Germany is so expensive. When I checkout, there are the fees for the shop and for the shipping, that is USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service. That is all ebay required me to pay for? 

I want to ask if this is everything I have to pay for, that is the USPS fee also includes the import fee or whether when the watch arrive, I will have to pay for the Import fee before I can get it from the post?
