Probleme mit Versand aus USA

Hallo allerseits!

Weiss jemand wie ebay/paypal einem US Verkäufer die Adresse des US-Versandzentrums mitteilt?

Ich bin an einen VK geraten der offensischtlich gedacht hat er solle mir die Ware kostenlos nach D versenden (war offenbar kostenloser Versand innerhalb der USA angeboten). Von dem dämlichen Programm zum weltweiten Versand hat er/sie auch keine Ahnung, obwohl der Mist in jeder Auktion auftaucht.

Wie mache ich dem jetzt klar, wo er schauen muss um die Versandadresse herauszubekommen?

1. Upon receipt of your Buyer’s cleared payment, you will promptly ship the GSP Items purchased by your Buyer to the U.S. Shipping Center address provided to you, in each case in accordance with the terms and description that you promised to your Buyer in your listing;
2. You will package all GSP Items in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with weight and dimensions limits specified in subsection 2(c)(v) above;
3. You will create a shipping label on eBay to have your tracking information uploaded automatically or, if you don't use eBay label printing, you should upload tracking information to eBay to maximize the amount of tracking information available to your Buyer;
4. You should include with each shipment of GSP Items to the U.S. Shipping Center an order-specific packing slip;
5. You will accurately specify, where possible, each Parcel's weight and dimensions plus the item's country of manufacture (if known) in your listing. In the event that eBay or Pitney Bowes conclude that any such information that you specify is inaccurate upon processing the Parcel at the U.S. Shipping Center, you authorize eBay, Pitney Bowes and/or any third party designated by either eBay or Pitney Bowes to correct this information on your behalf for this and future Parcels;
6. You will ship all GSP Items contained in a single order to the U.S. Shipping Center in a single Parcel;
7. You will not combine multiple orders (either belonging to the same Buyer or different Buyers) in a single Parce

If you create your own shipping label, include a reference number. You can find the reference number on the Order details page along with the buyer's name and the address of the US shipping center !

When you create a shipping label on eBay, tracking information is automatically uploaded to eBay. If you don't use eBay shipping labels, be sure to add a tracking number. Once you print a shipping label or upload the tracking number, eBay generates a global tracking number. This global tracking number appears in My eBay and on the Order details page and allows you to track the package from the time you ship it to the time it reaches your buyer.

Der VK bekommt Deine deutsche Versandadresse nicht zu sehen im Rahmen der Kaufabwicklung - dort erscheint angeblich nur die Versandadresse des Dienstleisters in US samt individueller Sendungsnummer, die auf die Sendung zu schreiben ist  !!!

Nur dann kann dort die Umlabelung auf Deine tatsächliche Versandadresse erfolgen !

Es gilt nur die Versandadresse in US - einige VK versenden dann offenbar an die Accountadresse, was erneuten deutschen Zoll und Umsatzsteuer bedeutet.
