Selling from Sweden to multiple European countries

Firstly, I have two specific questions: Does ebay.de not allow PayPal (ebay.co.uk even encourages it)? And does ebay.de not have any support by chat (like ebay.co.uk has, although maybe low quality it seems) or e-mail, only by phone?

The wider picture: I reside in Sweden and would like to sell exotic plants that I grow myself to at least Germany, the UK and Scandinavia on ebay, and to start off small-scale, and thus I don't want any fixed fee. It seems possible to achieve that the only fee is 10% of each sale and that's what I aim for.

First I registered at ebay.co.uk. I was surprised to see how much ebay.co.uk is focused on the UK in terms of support for sellers and buyers even though thousands of Swedish sellers use it not to mention buyers (and all other European nationalities). It seems I have to wait 90 days after my first purchase and have at least 10 feedbacks (i e at least 10 sales to the UK) before being allowed to sell internationally (including Sweden!). Oh well, it still could work for me.

I asked the chat and they said there is the "European Sales Booster" which is a free addon that automatically copies (translates) my items from ebay.co.uk to the biggest of the other European ebay sites, and updates stock for all, and that it is "invitation only" and that I will get invitation when I log in. I never got an invitation after 30 logins over a week and asked chat again. Then they said info is incorrect, it is not invitation (even though it still says so on ebay.co.uk) and that I should contact WebInterpret (who run this) to get it for free. But all I can see on their site is a trial and it seems to cost $125/month (I read in some forum) which is too much by far. And one forum even states "European Sales Booster" no longer exists, that it ended in 2015, but the chat didn't seem to acknowledge that.

Apparently I am not allowed to set up the same account on multiple ebay sites myself but I can set up one account on ebay.co.uk and one on ebay.de, which I now did. I would have to keep track of stock manually though.. Seems the different European ebay sites have much in common (like not allowing my shop to have the same name on 2 ebay sites) but are run separately with separate sets of rules to a large degree.

One important detail is handling of money. It seems convenient to use PayPal but as far as I can see this is not supported at ebay.de? If not PayPal then I don't know if it's easy to handle fees, refunds etc.

But even more I'm interested in if anyone has any tips on how to be able to use ebay in a good way for selling plants from Sweden to Europe? So far it seems pretty crappy. Unfortunately we don't have ebay in Sweden and the sites for selling stuff we have don't really reach outside Sweden.
