certificate of origin

hello,

I need the certifcate of origin for my home tax service. After receiving the goods I found it is missing. So I will ask the certificate to the seller. So I want to contact to the seller, and sent mails to him. But he didn't read the mail.

In Ebay, there's no way to contact to Ebay service. It is awesome.

How can I contact with the seller who don't offen his mail box or to Ebay service center that hide the phonenumber.
