how can i cancel a item in my ebay

hello everyone and a good day to you all

i need help. i dont know how to cancel a item that i clicked on by mistake. in defence it looked a lot like the item i wanted to click on, almost the same price and was with the same seller and i also had about 10 other items with the same look and price similarities, i got realy nervus and thought that somone was thinking the same thing as me so i thought ok just click on it and so i did but as i was about to pay for it i noticed one small difference in the item name and from there realized that i had clicked on the wrong one. and i hope that i typed this in the right place. any help would be very very appreciated.
