Hello, I'm trying list an item on ebay.de but, till now, I was unable. I sold on ebay.de between 2010 and 2016. Now I want restart, and when I try to LIST the item, the options I have are:

what does it means: kostenpflichtig einstellen??

When I click on the option  kostenpflichtig einstellen  it open another window on ebay.com !! And never show me the option List Item.
