Hi!
I did an international purchase of combined cast iron table saw and router (kombimaschine tischfräse und tischkreissäge) here in Germany (direct payment during the item pickup). What can I do to cancel the purchase, if the item description was totaly wrong, the machine lacks the whole router part? To be completely honest, I haven´t seen such seller in Germany, you´re usually great. I even literally asked him by email, if the machine is fine, complete and operational.
I haven´t paid for the item, but I drove more than 600 km to Germany and back absolutely for nothing.
Is it any possibility to get some compensation?
How can I file the "bad description claim"? It needs a payment date, so it´s good only for completed purchases.
