Hello,
It was my first buy at ebay (and looks like last one). Probably I was stupid and the whole situation looks stupid, but I would like to ask anyway.
On 22. Jul. I have ordered front suspension parts for my car. They were much cheaper than at my local suppliers (this should have warn me, but...). I have received the parts on 29. Aug. And next week at the service station I discovered that these parts are not for my car (model, year is the same, but I have 4matic version and parts are for rear-wheel drive car). Description from seller was correct (just didn't highlighted that these are parts for rear-wheel drive car only). It was stupid mistake. My mistake to not check properly.
I have thought to resell these parts, but also I have written to the original seller about situation. After I showed pictures of parts (not used and not broken) the seller told me that I can return items and get full refund. So I had sent the parts on 13. Sep.
At delivery company I set my phone number for notification about delivery. But I didn't get this notification and thought that parcel is in delivery. Only on 18. Nov I checked it with delivery company and it turned out that it was delivered on 2. Oct. I wrote to the seller about this (three times), but didn't get any answer.
In short I have bought wrong items, returned them, paid for delivering them back, didn't receive anything in return and all buyer protection terms expired.
Do I have any microscopic chanse to get my money back or should it be a good lesson for me?
