Problem with fake item bought

Hi there.

First:

I bought 4 dinosaurs eggs during November 2016 and December 2016 stating "Genuine". I paid them by credit card.

The seller is "asianmuseum" (company) or "ootus30" (person) from Malaysia.

I received the items on time but I quickly notices that the items were fake! Nothing "Genuine". When I asked the seller about this, he promised the eggs were genuine and not fake. If you ask any specialist, he will rapidely say fake, not genuine. You can also find information about that on TheFossilForum.com where people warn users not to buy from this seller.

I tried since then to communicate with the seller without success. Except in the fact he already refund me about $200 on the about $1300 I spent.

I proposed him to refund me 50% of the price. He then refund me those $199. The seller proposed to refund me $50 more that I never received. And since that, no contact anymore with the seller.

In all, I tried to contact the seller dozens of time. He replied all the times with "elastic" answers without answering my questions.

So now the delay to open a case is gone and I have fake items and money lost.

Second:

I try to open a case on ebay without success because the delay has passed.

So what do I do now ?
