Seller hiding behind an address in China for a return, but goods originally sent from inside Germany

I bought from two separate sellers (moshiqueen and toplook365) via Catch.app. I ordered a total of six items that all arrived via DHL Domestic. All arrived promptly but the qualty of the goods was extremely poor, and nothing fit, so I started returns on all items. However the shipping return address in both cases is in China. I am unable to print a return label via eBay, because the address causes some knd of bug that prevents me from generating one.

The sellers in both cases offered me a percentage of the ticket price as a refund but required me to close the return case first (which I haven't done because apparently afterwards you can't esclate to eBay). The return is now stuck in limbo, in order to try and find the esclate button, I moved the status of two of the items into manually shipping with a fictional shipping number out of frustration (AWAITINGADDRESS01), and an attempt to esclate the return, but there was still no button available to escalate the issue to eBay.

When contacting each seller they both reported the same thing (we are currently moving our warehouse), as a reason for not giving me their correct German return address. It seems like they are taking advantage of a loophole in the eBay returns process, to avoid taking any returns, and avoiding to pay out on refunds. DHL Domestic is for products sent inside of Germany, so they have an address here, but are avoiding publishing it on purpose. This seems like fraud to me.

What do I do? Returns were initiated on the 2nd of August.

ICH würde beide Verkäufer sofort NEGATIV bewerten und einen evtl kommenden Antrag auf Bewertungsänderung erst nach kompletter Rückzahlung in Betracht ziehen.
