I just got scammed in ebay. What to do now?

Hello!  I started reselling computer cd keys a week ago. Yesterday someone bought a game for 39€ and messaged me for cd key after payment . I sent him the cd key through ebay message and after an hour . He filed unauthorized dispute . Guess what he won the case even though that i provided the screenshots of our messages to paypal. He has used the cd key and got his money back aswell.

I messaged him that i will call police but he said that police is already informed about me 🙂

I find it funny how scammers can get away like that in ebay.

I think its a bad platform for sellers. They always sides with buyers.

It was only 39€ and it isnt a big deal . But the question is how offen does it happen . Should i stop using ebay because i cannot afford to get scam everyday and i lose all the disputes.

abgesehen davon ist Dein Handel mit den Accounts

a) gewerblicher Natur

b) seitens der Spiele-Plattform-Betreiber ausdrücklich untersagt

Wenn überhaupt kann Dir bei Deinem Problem nur Paypal helfen - ruf` dort einfach mal an.....

(sicher Dir die EBay-Nachricht über den Versand des Keys als PDF-FIle das Du im entsprechenden PP-Fall als "Versandnachweis" hochlädst......das hilft ggf. den Fall zu Deinen Gunsten zu schließen......)

What do you mean? I sell cd keys and i bought them for cheaper price to resale it for higher price. I do have the bills of cd keys that i bought.

ich wohne in deutschland aber komme ich nicht aus deutschland und mein deutsch ist nicht so gut . Deswegen haben ich in englisch geschrieben.

Was soll ich jetzt machen?
