Good morning,
I have sold an item in perfect condition which had a small damage during transportation. The buyer claims an amount from me as a seller to replace the broken parts. I cannot understand how this can be my mistake. What should i do ? I have searched ebay rules and couldn't find a solution. Can someone help me ?

If you do nothing, then Paypal will decide something for you.
I think the customer has paid so and then the buyer has 180 days to make trouble for the seller.
