Agreed price and price in cart is not same

I've made an offer to a seller, and it looks like the offer has been accepted.
When I go to my purchase list, I can see the item and the price I offered.
However, when I check my cart, the price for that item is different — it's significantly higher.
I'm buying in Germany, and my shipping address is also in Germany, so there shouldn't be any additional tax or similar charges. It's definitely not a shipping issue either. I offered €600 + shipping, but in the cart, the price shows as €714 + shipping.
