Baselinker.pl integration - error 21532

Hello.
I'm trying to I am trying to list offers on ebay.de using baselinker.pl
Everything is configured properly, and I'm getting error 21532 "On the My eBay page, you have not specified whether you are selling as an individual or as a business." But the account is set to corporate...
Baselinker answered: "ask ebay.de" Problem is I could't find any place where I can post a ticket, or any e-mail address to send the problem to.
Can anyone halp in this case?
