Buying on ebay / ebay account activation

Dear Users,

I have asked here already about my problems with buying articles on ebay.

I have received also answer from willauchmeinensenfd… but unfortunately it didn't help.
I have looked through all possible options at account setup and all help topics I have found information about account activation.
I did not received any text message with PIN or any call beck from ebay with PIN to my account during setting it up, I didn't received also any mail via regular post.

So I am assuming that my problems comming from not validated/activated account.

I have tried to reactivate my account by going to www.ebay.de/up or via Bitte überprüfen Sie die Telefonnummer  but without result.

Every time the same message " Leider ist momentan ein Problem aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal." (screen shot attached)
Do anyone of you know if there is other way to activate account remotely by ebay personel?
I have created new account ( working well) with new email address ( created only for this reason) but I'd like to keep using my old email.

If ther will be no other option for activation  and I will have to use my new ebay account is there possible to assign paypal account with diferen email address than to ebay account or both of them have to be the same?
