Ebay charged me twice, where I can get help?

Hi,

Sorry this message is for english, but I bought this from Ebay.de and can not speak German.

I bought lens for my iPhone 7 and it was wrong, it was for iPhone 6. So the seller made refund for me. But Ebay charged me.. So there has gone twice that same amount from my bank account.

Can not find contact info for Ebay.

Please help me!
