Hallo zusammen,

ich habe am Wochenende ein Samsung Tab S7 zum Verkauf angeboten. Es gab einen Käufer aus England, der das Gerät per Sofortkauf erstand. Ich sollt nun aber das Paket nach Italien schicken. Das wäre ansich kein Problem, wenn das Geld den da wäre statt dessen bekomme ich Mails von der HSBC Bank mit folgendem Inhalt:

"The funds has been deducted from xxxxxxx and will be credited into your account immediately the shipment is confirmed .Get back to us with the shipping tracking number for DHL Paket and the money will be credited immediately. Mail the tracking number to our customer care."

oder

  "You've received a payment, detailed below. We've placed a temporary hold on the funds for this transaction.

eBay and HSBC Bank are working together to make it safer than ever to buy on eBay. One of the boldest steps is to identify transactions that pose the greatest risk of fraud and holding the payments from sellers for a period of time to help ensure that the transactions goes smoothly.

We confirmed item was mail by recognized courier with tracking number.We will notify you by email when the funds are released into your bank account  once we confirm the shipment information"

oder

However, we are assuring you once again that we have deducted this fund from your buyer's Bank Account and the fund would be credited into your Bank Account as soon you are able to send to us the evidence of the shipping, this will enable both the buyer and the seller to have a maximum security within the community.This fund will be paid into your Bank Account as soon you are able to send the shipment tracking number for verification, and a congratulatory mail shall be sent along to confirm the payment into your Bank Account.

Sir / Madam, should there be any way of assisting you any further, we strongly recommends that you contact our customer xxxxxxxx 24 hours online customer service for any assistance."

Ich werde mit Sicherheit das Paket nicht herausschcken, bevor das Geld auf meinem Konto ist, aber soll ich es vielleicht gleich melden?

Melde den Käufer. Das ist ein Betrugsversuch. Die Mail ist nicht von einer Bank. Das ist eine Fake-Mail, die Dich zum Versand bringen soll. Es gibt kein Geld. Die wollen nur die Ware für lau.

Wenn du verschickst, kommt die nächste Mail, wo Dir dann erklärt wird, dass Du noch XXX Euro (dreistelliger Betrag) auf ein Konto überweisung musst, damit man Dir das Geld vom Verkäufer auszahlen kann, weil der "aus Versehen" zu viel eingezahlt hat und Du die Differenz erst Mal zurückzahlen musst. Zahlst du, kommt die nächste Mail der gleichen Art mit einer anderen Ausrede, warum Du nun noch mehr zahlen sollst. Man hat ja eine Kuh zum Melken gefunden...

Wenn Du Dich weigerst, zu versenden, wird auch gern mal mit Polizei und Anwalt gedroht. Lasse dich davon nicht beirren. Die werden gesichert keins von beidem einschalten.

Oder es ist einfach Funkstille, wenn sie merken, dass Du nicht ""anbeißt".
