The service of Hermes is crap

Initially claimed they could not find the address then they claimed there was nobody at the address  when there was only when I told them they should get there employee to do what he was paid to do I. E. Deliver parcels did I receive my parcel. I am seriously unimpressed. It needed 5 mails to get the job done. 

I suggest not to use them any more.

Stimmt is mir aber noch nicht passiert.

Die Behauptung dass die addresse nicht gefunden werden konnte ist genauso eine faule Ausrede wie dass niemand dagewesen sei.

Die praxis ist bekannt mein Name steht auf dem Schild die Praxis istmontag bis Freitag 8 bis 18 Uhr besetzt.

Zeitgleich mit unserer angeblichen Abwesenheit habe ich 2 Sendungen vom Mitbewerbern erhalten.

Tut mir leid aber hermes ist bei mir durch

If you want to buy something, then you should always look before, with which parcel service is delivered. And if it only says parcel delivery, then ask the seller beforehand.

Only when you know with which parcel service is delivered, then buy.

But a bad experience you can not refer to an entire company, you just did not have such a good delivery person.
