According to ebay.de website eBay Germany helpdesk has only one communication option - they call you, and it works only if you are from Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

There is no email address, no phone number for eBay Germany helpdesk available.

I'm in Estonia. How can I connect eBay Germany helpdesk? I can write, call, chat, what else.
