I didn't get my money

I need help.

this is my first time to sell something in ebay, but now I have a problem.

I sent this buggy at 09.04. and the track number is: 962261037781   

but yesterday I got email to tell me the payment is cancelled.

and today I got rechnung from ebay.

BUT, now i lost my buggy and no one pay me, and I need pay more.

I sent msg to the buyer, but no reply.

Please help me to get my buggy back or my money back
