Goodday Ebay, something went wrong with the delivery of my sold item. So i'm in contact with this buyer and where both already figuring this out because the shipping company has damaged the package, now I am in good contact with my buyer and its only been 2 days or so and we both agreed on me and him trying to get this money back for him, the costs of wich was the package insured for. We also agreed on it not being my mistake at all but the mistake of the shipping company. Now suddenly ebay reclaimed my money on my ebay account, I asked the buyer to also contact you wich he would probably do in a day or so. But still my money is being reclaimed wich was unfair and unnecesarry since it isnt my problem to begin with, and even the full selling amount is reclaimed already within 2 or 3 days while we are still figuring this out and if this is done by you I should then atleast have my sale back before you just steal my money right?? I'm sorry to say steal but this is definiatly the wrong way and I keep repeating myself but we are both on agreement this is not my fault AT ALL and we are have good contact in between. I found this very weird and would like to recieve my money back right away. I appreciate everything ebay does in terms op protecting buyers and sellers but something just went completely wrong here and suddenly you just steal my money without informing and while the case is still running. You can see all the message being written in the still open case and also you could read for yourself how friendly we are communicating and we respect each other and trying to fix this problem. I would very much like to hear from you soon and would just like to see my money back on my paypal account. Thank you and I'm waiting for your respond.
