I have bought an item, that was defect, and the reseller asked me to return the item, and promised to pay for the courier cost.
Since i live in Denmark and the item should to Lithuania it is pretty expensive to send a package that way.
Now the reseller wont pay me the full amount for this.
When I go to my account i find no way to contact EBAY, so they can help me.
How should i proceed?
