My item lost on the way, I have received an empty parcel which clearly written the item is lost, I have contacted the seller for replacement or refund, but since I accept the empty parcel by accident, and the royal post somehow does not wanna be responsible for the lost,...Then the seller also refused me for refund or replacement...

@travel20692 Since the shipment was damaged in the mail and thus lost, you could call it bad luck. That is force majeure.

The seller only has to be liable if he is a commercial seller or a private seller has deviated from the specified shipping method.
