I can't get money form ebay account already two months. I have sold goods in start of august. Then i receive infomation that I need to wait till september 12 to make a verification of my account. After that i recieve information, that I recieve information, that I need to make changes on my payment method and e-bay will send me 0,01 eiro to make verification about my bank account. I recieve this 0,01 eiro, but still there where no options for money payout. I have send many questions to AI istant, but that send me back only two answers - dont undersat my question or I need to make changes of my bank account. I have send several e-mails to customerhelp_de@ebay.com, but I get back informatin that I need to make changes of my bank account. So I have done it already five times. All times I get on my bank account 0,01 eiro, but on my seller dashbord there are payout options or there is written that I need to make changes of my bank account. Today I recieve a email from eucomplaints@ebay.com, that my complaint is now closed, becouse of eBay expert has carefully investigated the matter and determined that I received the correct information in accordance with our policies and that the appropriate outcome was achieved and they hope I'm satisfied with the outcome. What suggestions does anyone have?
