Bad Customer service

Why eBay Customer service is so bad?
There's only an automatic assistant which is useless. Plus it won't allow you to contact employees. 
eBay what is wrong with you? Aren't you see that your product is having such low quality?

Ebay dont have only a bot, ebay also have a imprint where u could find another contacts.

ebay hat ein Impressum, dort findet man unter anderem auch eine Telefonnummer, die man aus dem Ausland anrufen kann, also so wie in deinem Fall aus Zypern.
