How can we calculate shipping costs from EU (e.g. Hungary) to Worldwide destinations?

Dear All,

Our question:

How do you calculate you shipping costs when you send from an EU country to an other EU country, or Worldwide partners (out of EU)? 

We understand that our sales price HAS to include shipping costs.

Is that so, or can we allow the Buyer to pay for its own shipping?
