I have one problem with iPad I bought here on Ebay 26.1.2016.
Ipad was sold as brand new device by directly by firma, but yesterday I was investigated by criminal police in Frankfurt because this device was stolen from one of official Apple dealers in Hamburg and was taken away.
I raised problem ticket with PayPal which I used for this item payment, but my complain was rejected because it is after 180 days of customer protection.
I was contacting seller here on Ebay as well as via e-mail but is not reacting.
I want to start complain regarding illegal activities of this seller but item ID is not during the filling complain find. Is there any chance to get money back when seller is not reacting? I have little bit suspicions that on Ebay is more by this seller scammed customers and seller is using E-bay as distribution of goods with illegal origin.
Could you please advice how-to proceed in this case? Is there any possibility how-to contact Ebay directly?
