48 EUR bill invoice while I did not buy anything?

Hi

I recently sold two items of worth 480 euros to customers. Next month I have recieved 48 EUR bill invoice from ebay. I have no Idea why have that charged me this money. 

Is that the commission on the devices that I sold through ebay?

Moreiver both coustomers recently sent their items back to me because they did not like it and I sent their money back to them. Ebay should not be charging any money from me now?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @umaraqureshi

the 48 Euro are obviously the ebay fee (10 per cent) for one of the sold i-phones.

You can check that exactly on: Mein Ebay - Ebay-Konto - Verkäuferkonto and a klick on "Gebühren (fees)".

If you take an item back and refund the seller you have to use ebay's ways of informing them.

How else shall ebay know that the deal was cancelled? 🙂

That's "Kauf abbrechen" on the right hand side beneath your sold item hidden behind the small triangle.
