Could somebody tell me how to escalate a case on the German eBay? I don't see a link for it anywhere

I ordered through the German eBay although I can't speak German. I've never had any problems with German sellers but I ordered from a UK seller via the German eBay. The waiting time is up and the pronblem still has not been resolved. How do I escalate it for eBay to take over and get my money back?
