Hi, 

I am the new seller from Hanoi, Vietnam. I would like to have your help if possible. 

Currently, when listing on Ebay.de. It appears the message saying as below

German law requires all business sellers to clearly specify a legally compliant Return Policy on eBay.de. You are required to input the German Return Policy template (consisting of Instructions on Withdrawal and Model Withdrawal Form) into the return free text field in the German language. Please visit the “What information do I have to provide?” section onhttp://pages.ebay.de/help/sell/business/international-business-sellers.html for a copy of the template. The template eBay provided will assist you with meeting the legal obligations. Please amend the template by specifying: • Accept returns for a period of 14 days or 1 month. Pick the same option for both placements. • Your contact details (and taking out the placeholders like [Name/Unternehmen]) for both Instructions on Withdrawal and Model Withdrawal Form. • A different address for returns if not the same as above. • Whether the seller or the buyer will pay return shipping costs. You will be able to submit this listing once you have updated your Return Policy in the return free text field based on the required template.

Then I cannot list my items anymore on Ebay.de. Does anyone who got that experience like me? Please kindly help
