Hi, I am not from Germany, that's why I am writing in english, hoping someone can help quick.
I have bought a stroller (baby pram with accessories). Paid by card for my order and waited for it three weeks (contacted the seller 3 times). Then it became suspicious and I opened a case. Now I have to wait 10 days for seller to respond, of course he won't.
Now, today, I went to search for a new stroller again and there I see - the same stroller (the same 12 pictures), different seller - also with 13 positive feedbacks (received in last two days), the same cost and delivery cost. There is just one big fraud with this stroller.
Now I have a few questions, can I contact ebay.de to report about all this (best way to do that)? (I just don't want someone else to buy it and lose money).
And will I get back my money what I paid by card?
