In December last year I bought an item. The only accepted method was a bank transfer. As per the seller the item will be sent in January due to holidays. Than it was some stories from their end and finally I opened a case. After a while they send a letter confirming that the item was sent and will be shortly delivered. Ok. I closed the request... and that was my mistake. All January and February they promised to check the status from DHL, then they promised refund and then... nothing happened and latter they stopped responding to any of my mails.
As the case was closed there is no possibility to reopen it or make a new one.
Unfortunately the seller is from Germany and I am from Estonia.
And I did not find any solution to report that the seller is a criminal to warn others on ebay.
I saw several feedbacks to this seller with 100% positive. ... May be I was just unlucky.
