Since 4 weeks we have really bad customer support!!. we always had Vip Support in Netherlands without problems

 

now !! they dont answer anymore and standard ebay.nl helpcenter also gives no answer or replies . we have 2700 advertisements and need support . !!

we can not call with ebay.de only german /austria sellers can do

 

 we can not reach anyone!! so like to speak anyone from management about this really strange situation

yes good you can see they called me:) . but no solution.

they asked for technical support and we awaiting 

Not nice we dont have a customer phone in netherlands ... really nothing  and can also not phonecall germany

we have 2700 advertisements and need support like all members have in different country  and not only frustation and commumication in other languages with standard call center

 

Anyone can forward this complain anfd frustation to higher level in netherlands?

This weekend 60’advertisements double placed in australia. Dollar And pounds for no reason

We send message to vip support and standard hilfe on ebay.nl

Only message back from standard support with answer about high price 🤨🤨 really nothing to do with this question and frustrating again

We like to have support with 1.2mlj euro on ebay

Please forward this to management europe

Did you try using the imprint at bottom of ebay.de startpage?

So called Impressum in German.

 

There ist a phone number for foreign customers, still the same like for german customers, but with area code.

 

ebay GmbH in Germany is responsible for EU region marketplaces.

If you don't speak German as well: There ist also an email address available in section "Vertragspartner ... EU".

We have 2900 advertisements over 1.2 mlj euro with 30.000 euro sell every month and need sometimes support . !!

we can not call with ebay.de only german /austria sellers can do

we can not reach anyone!! 🤨so like to speak anyone from management about this really strange situation .and want answers because of no help

Casper and lynne vip support in Netherlands doing nothing for us.

@tmeho_nl Du kannst aber die E-Mailadresse aus dem Impressum von ebay Deutschland nutzen und versuchen, auf diese Art weiterzukommen.

 

However, you can use the e-mail address from the ebay Germany legal notice and try to get in touch this way.

after contact with moderator nina in november 2023 we had support again.great !

now MAY 2024 it starts over again NO SUPPORT !!!!!

 

 

 

now this starts over again , we HAD email FROM EBAY  TAX number missing and we have no tax invoices in germany.\

this story starts over every year and really tired of this . CAN NOT REACH ANYONE . and stupid NOREPLY emails from ebay blocking my sell IF WE DONT TAKE ACTION !!! 

 

ACTION WITH NO REPLY EMAILS AND NO SUPPORT????

 

REALLY FRUSTATING COMPANY THIS WHOLE EBAY
