Hello, My case is pending Ebey. When will be the result? Originally promised to give me the result before January 24. But today is January 31.My parcel went to somebody else in Norway. And I live in Kazakhstan. Tracking shows that the parcel got someone in Norway. How long should I wait for the result. Why not apply a money back guarantee?
