I bought an Apple iPad pro from ebay.de about 1 year ago, now the screen is working but does not detect touch. I went to apple and they say that there is the first 1 year Apple warranty. (it finished 6 days ago) And ebay seller doesn't care.
What should I do?
The legal guarantee is mandatory and applies EU-wide for two years beginning from the date you receive the goods.
