How to open a case?

Hello!

I bought a sari from

and when I get it there was a lil dirt on it and blouse was not as on desription. But the thing is before I bought it I asked a seller of discount and he made discount by sending me a link to paypall. So now on ebay is nothing that I bought it, because I payed from link he gave. How can any refund now? I messegd to seller but he is not replying.
