refund issue

Dear Customer service:

The order No is 05-07056-87823.

I communicated with custmer and canclled this order on May 27th. the system shown that the status of this case is closed on June 8th.

but the customer opened a case on June 30th. that he did not receive the refund.

Please help to check this order what happened and what should I do? (I checked the paypal account that there is no refund record)
